These terms cover your use of elvento.com, run by Elvento Labs Private Limited. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, leave the site.

The site describes our work and how to start a conversation. It is not an offer that forms a contract by itself. A game project starts only when both sides sign a written agreement that names the scope, price, and schedule.

Originals shown on the site are studio work in progress. Status on each title is the current state of that work. A page here is not a promise that a game is for sale or that a feature will ship.

Games we publish on Google Play and the App Store are licensed to you by the store’s terms and, where the store uses one, its standard end user licence. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Our privacy policy describes what a game may collect. The store listing for each game names the data that title uses.

The contact form opens your email app. You are responsible for what you send. Do not send confidential material until we have agreed in writing how it will be handled. Our privacy policy explains what happens to information you do send.

The site design, text, names, and game material on these pages belong to Elvento Labs Private Limited or its licensors. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy them into another product, training set, or commercial page without written permission.

Use the site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to break, scrape in a way that degrades the service, or interfere with other people using it.

The site is provided as it stands. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Elvento Labs Private Limited is not liable for loss arising from use of the site, or from relying on it instead of a signed project agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law of India does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
