Where the model sits
Stall keepers speak from a language model tied to a character sheet and a tone guide. A writer keeps the lies consistent. The model talks inside stalls the design has already opened.
The fantasy
A small narrative adventure. You deliver parcels, talk to stall keepers, and notice which alleys exist only after midnight.
The market is a puzzle made of people. Nobody hands over a map. They hand over a favor, a lie, or a direction that was true an hour ago. After each night, two paths swap and one clue stays put.
Pillars
01
Talk is play
Conversations change which stalls will open for you.
02
The market moves
Layout is part of the story. A shortcut at dusk can be a wall at midnight.
03
What you carry
The tension is time, reputation, and the parcel you agreed to hold.
In the current build
- One night, four stalls, and a delivery that goes wrong
- A lamp that shows writing only in the dark
- An ending for the prototype
- Four stall keepers on a constrained language model
